Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Canberra

Arrival into Canberra (CBR) Airport. Meet your driver and be transported to your accommodation. 
Rest of the day is free or own exploration. 
*Flight arrival between 08.00hrs-18.00hrs only 
*Accommodation check-in 15.00hrs 

Day 2: Full Day Highlights of Canberra Tour

Enjoy a full day Highlights of Canberra tour. You will visit Mount Ainslie, drive through the grounds of Royal Military College Duntroon, Parliamentary Triangle and the Old Parliament House. A brief stop at the New Parliament House where you can grab a quick snack or lunch (own expense), not forgetting some photo taking. 

A drive through Canberra’s diplomatic district and maybe you can spot your representative embassy. Proceed to Australia War Memorial (AWM) for a guided walk around the central part before proceeding to Memorial’s Last Post Ceremony. 

Return to your accommodation, evening is free for own exploration. 

Day 3: Afternoon Half-Day Best of Wildlife Tour

Take it easy this morning. You may want to visit the famous Lonsdale St Roasters for your breakfast. 

 This afternoon, travel through the rural surrounds of Canberra to the Deep Space Tracking Station at Tidbinbilla. Here you’ll learn about the significant role played by our telescopes in the Apollo missions and first moon landing as well as current day deep space tracking. 

After, travel the short distance to the Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve where some of Australia’s most iconic native animals living in the wild. Through the reserve we’ll hopefully witness and get close to Kangaroos, Wallabies, Koalas, Colourful parrots and other birds and maybe Platypus. 

Return to your accommodation, evening is free for own exploration. 

Day 4: Free day

It’s a Free Day for own exploration today. 

Some suggestions to visit the Royal Australian Mint, cycle around the city or take it slow to enjoy this amazing city. You may want to take trip to many wineries or take a leisure cruise on Lake Burley Griffin.

Day 5: Departs Canberra

Your driver will pick you from accommodation to Canberra Airport for your departure flight.
