After a good breakfast, we visit Imayo Tsukasa Sake Brewery where only Niigata’s natural “Suganadake” spring water is used to make with great care, to produce strong and delicious flavoured sake. Built around year 1900, the tour will take you through each stage of the sake-brewing process. After that, we proceed to Northern Culture Museum to view this overwhelming house that was once used by the Ito Family, a family said to be among the wealthiest of Niigata farmers with authority over 2800 peasant farmers and 58 rice holding storehouses. From here we travel to one of the famous Japanese rice cracker “Senbei Ouku” factories where you can savour various shape, size, flavours and sometimes sweet senbei. You can also have the experience making one yourself. Our next stop is the exciting Niigata Furusato Village, a multi-purpose tourism faculty that comprises a Bazaar Hall with its collection of Niigata finest products and delicacies. Our first programme for today is a visit to the famous Sirone Garden. Here, you can enjoy the highest quality of fruits* they produce throughout the year* and the freshness of the gelato. After that, we proceed to Cave d’ Occi Winery & Vinespa, the famous setting that encourages enjoyment in the ever-changing moods of the vineyards. Explore its courtyard and vineyards for a refreshing change of pace. Our next stop is the magnificent Yahiko Shrine built some 1300 years ago. It was believed that this shrine brought about the establishment and foundation of the industrial culture of the Echigo region. Tonight we relax our body in the “onsen” within the hotel. After breakfast, visit Hakodate Morning Market. Next, we visit Goryokaku Park, the first Western-style fortification in Japan. From here we proceed to Noboribetsu to visit Jigokudani (Hell Valley), an old site of an explosion crater. This evening relax yourself by visiting the “onsen” (hot spring bath) after checking in the hotel. Accommodation: Hotel in Noboribetsu
Our first stop is Teradonmari Fisherman Wharf. Very popular with the locals and tourists alike, here you can find many shops selling fresh seafood lined up on the road. Next we visit Sanjo Blacksmith Dojo* to learn Japanese traditional blacksmithing techniques of knife sharpening and nail making process. You can make your very own traditional Japanese nail too. After that, we visit Tsubame-Sanjo regional industrial promotion. The 925 sq meter hall is filled with treasures and local products such as knives, copperwares, household products and a lot more. After breakfast, we head toward Mt.Hakkai ropeway. The ropeway cable cars have the ability to carry up to 81 passengers. Along the way, you can enjoy the fabulous view of Uonuma Valley. Next, we travel to Yuzawa Ski Area* to enjoy a day of winter activities that include skiing and snowboarding. In the evening, relax in the onsen (hot spring). Accommodation: Hotel in Yuzawa Ski Area

This morning will to Karuizawa to visit the famous Shiraito Falls. Although the falls are only 3 meters tall, they are spread out over 70 meters wide in an arch shape. After that we will visit Kyu-Karuizawa “Ginza” shopping street, a romantic ambiance suitable for a stroll or for buying souvenirs and local desserts. Here, jam is a local specialty that comes in in multiple flavours. Do remember to buy some home. Later, we proceed to Karuizawa Outlet Mall where you can explore more than 200 shops selling premium and local brands at reasonable prices. Accommodation: Hotel in Tokyo
This morning, have a last minute shopping in Tokyo until your transfer to Narita/Haneda Airport International Airport for your flight back to Singapore.
