Seattle to Vancouver
Board at Seattle’s King Street Station for your rail journey to Vancouver. Enjoy dinner and take in evening views of the Pacific Northwest as you travel between the USA and Canada. Highlights include the Chittenden Locks linking Puget Sound to Lake Union and Lake Washington, the fishing fleet (and Boeing jets) of Everett, views of the Cascade Mountains and numerous photo opportunities as the train hugs the coastline. Disembark at the Pacific Central Station in Vancouver. Overnight in hotel accommodation.
Vancouver to the Canadian Rockies
From the Rocky Mountaineer Vancouver Station, you can travel to the Canadian Rockies aboard three of our main routes. Take our Journey through the Clouds route via the charming town of Kamloops, arriving in the majestic mountain town of Jasper. Or travel to Banff or Lake Louise on our historic First Passage to the West route, overnighting in Kamloops. Or, lastly, trace the steps of our historical gold rush on the Rainforest to Gold Rush route, ending in beautiful Jasper, with overnight stays in Whistler and Quesnel. Like all of our routes, guests can also choose to travel westbound, embarking from Banff, Lake Louise, or Jasper. Overnight in hotel accommodation.
